We have now been producing the Gazette for a number of months and the response from our readers has been outstanding with many of you coming forward with issues that concern you in regard to property purchase and ownership, we hope in the majority of cases we have been able to offer impartial advice and help where required. We have also had a lot of enquiries regarding visa applications, particularly those applying for the type ’D’ long term stay visa with ID card that allows the holder to live and work in Bulgaria. Again in the majority of cases we have been successful in helping with these applications and thanks must go to our hardworking staff here at the offices for their help in this area, which many people find daunting or have been poorly advised about.

I must also extend my thanks to all those people who having read the Gazette have then contacted us to tell me they found the information contained within it to be an invaluable guide to Bulgaria, investment in the country, property purchases and simple things like finding reliable English speaking taxi drivers who charge the correct price for the journey.
