The largest golf course in the Dobrich district will be build on land belonging to the Kavarna municipality near the village of Topola. This golf course is twice as bigger than the one which will be built in Balchik, the total size it will cover is 170,000 sq.m.
The Kavarna Council has already issued the permits for the construction of the project and the land is being regulated. The developers plan to begin the construction of the course in the spring. The plans also include 5-star hotels, a holiday village and a yacht harbour to be constructed in the area as well the Major of Kavarna stated.
The main investor in the project is Black Sea Properties which has invested amounts to 20 million Euro and the company has already accomplished the consultations with the Ministry of the Environment and Water of Bulgaria at the beginning of this year.
